The app code and design are owned by Graham Warwick and licensed to the company.

This website

This website is static. It does not set cookies. It does not use analytics, advertising or social tracking scripts. If you email us, your message is handled like ordinary email.

When the app launches

The iPhone app will need some information to work, for example:

• An account if you choose to sign in (such as Sign in with Apple)
• Places you add, reviews you write, and optional check-ins
• Location, only if you allow it, so the map can show places near you
• Purchase records if you subscribe to Quiet Local Plus through Apple

Venue listing payments may be handled separately on the web. Exact payment details will be confirmed before launch.

We will publish a full privacy notice and an in-app summary before Quiet Local goes live. That notice will cover what we keep, how long we keep it, who can see it, and your rights under UK GDPR.

Things we will not do

• Sell your personal data
• Sell or change ratings for money
• Show banner ads in the app
• Track you across other apps or sites for advertising
